This is a 1099 independent contractor recruiting role with a growing desk focused on leadership and management placements in restaurants and hospitality: GMs, chefs, directors of operations, and more. No hourly staffing grind. Every placement matters.
We're adding a recruiter to the team, and we want someone who actually gets this industry.
What you'll do:
- Run the full 360 desk: source and vet candidates AND work directly with hiring clients
- Build relationships with restaurant operators, owners, and multi-unit brands
- Recruit leadership-level talent (GMs, AGMs, chefs, ops leaders)
- Manage your own searches from first call to offer
You're a fit if:
- You're based in Texas and comfortable working fully remote
- You've worked in restaurants or hospitality (management experience is a big plus)
- You're self-driven, competitive, and comfortable on the phone
- You know how to build trust fast with candidates and clients
- Recruiting experience is great, but strong people skills and industry knowledge can go a long way
